MICROBEACT / GE

MICROBE ACT / GE  a Liquid Grease Trap and Line Treatment

A Microbial Formula for Industrial & Municipal Systems

MICROBE ACT / GE is designed specifically to rapidly degrade Fats, Oils and Grease in wastewater systems, including all forms of grease traps, waste sumps, re circulation cleaning systems, storage lagoons and wastewater biological systems.

MICROBE ACT /GE is a highly active microbial based formulation that contains proprietary cultures that are extremely effective in dealing with overloaded FOG systems.

MICROBE ACT / GE’ is a novel microbial based grease treatment formula also speeds the biological oxidation process of slow to degrade organic matter in the overall wastewater system (ponds, lagoons and wastewater retention tanks) resulting in improved water quality and significantly reduced BOD, COD and SS in the final effluent.

In additional MICROBE ACT / GE has shown the ability to control biologically produced odors throughout the system and waste lines.

MICROBE ACT / GE   contains only active, non toxic naturally occurring bacteria.

MICROBEACT / GE significantly speeds up the microbial response to difficult to degrade organic waste.

This enhanced microbial response results in a significant reduction in grease sludge, clearer lines and easier to pump liquefied slurry.

MICROBE ACT / GE

promotes enhanced (rapid) microbial oxidation of waste matter, significantly

increasing organic degradation performance. This novel microbial accelerator may be used in conjunction with other MICROBE ACT Industrial Series products to improve overall system performance in all types of wastewater processes. This combination speeds the overall biological oxidation of BOD, COD and sludg

e accumulations such as difficult to degrade compounds, fatty acids, hydrocarbons and fibrous matter (it was designed to promote rapid solids removal).

Effects

  • Provides rapid break down of Fats, Oils and Grease

  • Liquefies FOG solids, assuring quick and easy pumping

  • Provides reductions in final effluent BOD, COD, and SS

  • Reduces and controls system odor

  • Provides reduction in sludge production

  • Enhances overall biological degradation performance

Directions

Use at 5 to 20/ppm, based on daily flow or system volume For enhanced performance treat undiluted directly into grease trap Add directly to the inlet of the system being treated
